No mention of neck width or neck shape. Unless your child tries them all out they may give up on the guitar. So important to get the right neck width and shape for your hand size.

It's obvious that you haven't weight the guitar, because the weight isn't far different from a les paul standard 60s

It’s technically true, but I haven’t found that my guitar sounded or had longer sustain with only one pickup. 😊

What I miss is mute the songs

This is my favorite semi hollow body guitar ever. The look, the tone, the feel, everything about it is perfect to me. Ibanez always makes quality stuff but this is definitely my favorite guitar they've ever made.

That de-tuned noise is just horrific. No need to go beyond half step down. 1950- post Nirvana. Pretty good track record.

They were on super close out back in May. I hemmed and hawed too long and they have been on back order ever since. Still waiting…..

I hate how it doesnt cone with thr battery pack. That's another £100 😵‍💫. Does the battery pack last long in any case?

Guys, the only advice I would give someone is go to a shop with a few of these, pick the best one you can find, and just play it for your life. Don’t keep buying and trading, just play. Change amps and pedals, but keep the guitar. You will get far more value playing it for 20 years than hopping around from guitar to guitar. Please trust me, as I wish I had kept the new guitars I bought in the days. Then hand it down to your kids!

Great demo, Dagan. You're supposed to play GnR riffs. Play 'em all!...It also has a bolt-on neck that's at a slight angle off the body like a Gibson. If you like Strats, this is for you! Has a flat top, not curved. Very comfy guitar. Weighs about 7.7 lbs. So glad I got mine, but I pulled the trigger and got the AFD performance pack with the Epiphone Snakepit 15 amp...Trust me! You want this axe! Again, nice job, Dagan!

The quality of mine that i purchased from zzounds was not great. Buzzing all over and making it through amp, nut was WAY high, needed fret leveling right out of the gate, string radius was not even close, intonation way off, tuners were loose, one of the volume knobs was falling off and i had to put a piece of tape on the pot shaft to keep it on. This is with regular 10-46 strings, so no crazy guage changes or anything. You could see where whoever beveled the fret ends hit the binding too. I expected much more for a $1500 guitar that supposedly is a custom shop. Very poor qc. After all the work, it does sound great, but Holy smokes what an ordeal. And it still isn't perfect. I am doing a little more work to it this weekend to dial it in. My cheaper gutars play and sound just as nice though. They must have sent you a primo one since you are on RUclips

Fender basses suck. I know the have dominated the bass guitar market for decades and decades. The tonal range is limited and much of the time the sound just sounds dead. It is like saying MacDonald’s is a great hamburger.

This was insanely helpful. I'm a singer in a band, but I write all my songs on piano (we don't have one when we play). So when we do my songs with our classic guitar, bass, drums, vox set-up, I need this vocabulary to get across what was in my head to the guys. Thank you!

I would much rather own one of these than some rotting decrepit Museum piece that can't even really be properly Played anymore lest something cracks up on it and falls off.

Got myself an EX-260 back in 2008 and swapped the stock pickups for EMG 81/85 combo. Still love it to bits !
